“This hotel saved our night in Madrid. As we were abandoned at 2AM by our airbnb host, the receptionist at the hotel was super kind to open the door for us, let us into an incredible room and allowed us to have breakfast for a very reasonable price.
We will forever be greatful to the receptionist that was doing the night shift on the 31st of may.”
