This hotel saved our night in Madrid. As we were abandoned at 2AM by our airbnb host, the receptionist at the hotel was super kind to open the door for us, let us into an incredible room and allowed us to have breakfast for a very reasonable price. We will forever be greatful to the receptionist that was doing the night shift on the 31st of may.

Excellent place to stay at! It’s so close to everything as the hotel is located in a Main Street of Madrid. Breakfast was great, made it easier for everyone. 100% recommend, staff is nice and all is very clean.

One star for location. Second for cleanliness. The rest leaves much to wish for. Too pricey for the amenities. Breakfast good but staff very, very, rude. Pretty much kicked us out after about 45 minutes because 'we we're occupying the best table' in the cafeteria! Wonder what were we paying for. Bathroom accessories damaged and broken. Don't pay extra for street view because it'll just be noisier at night. All said and done, not impressed. Will look for a better place next time.

The hôtel has changed our reservation without notifying us. Instead of being in a 4 star hôtel they moved us to a 3 star hôtel. The staff was not helpful !

Rooms are not as big as expected. We also got one beside the goods' elevator which is very noisy in the morning. There's also some kind of construction work next to our room which adds to the noise. Bathroom heating does not work. Air conditioning controls do not at the temp as desired. Too expensive for the value! Given 2 stars due to its location

The location is extremely good and close to everything starting from metro station to major attractions in the city ,however, The facility is old and not maintained well, i could easily hear the elevator sound everytime it worked, also i could hear my neighbors during the day and night. The AC didn't work at all, the bathroom was without a lock

The location of the hotel is super super super. Rooms and service is not so wow. Customer service is bad and rooms are too small and not properly equipped. But again location is the best you can get.
