“After trying to get a Hyatt survey to give the Hyatt my opinion of this Hotel, they surprisingly were not able to send me a Hyatt Survey on this Hotel! We booked 3 rooms for 2 different moments in June, so 6 rooms in total!!! It all started great, but services at the restaurant, bar, even the bellboy was not good! Disrespectful is the main word! Cant let employees be like that and do nothing! I give them 2 stars because it is not all bad! But they lost 3 - at the restaurant, at the bar and the bell boy”

“Fancy part of town, great location and close to the airport! When I was there their system was down, which means I couldn't even get a key to my room, someone had to come open it for me every time. Inconvenient as the wifi was also down, but the good service and disposition of the staff made it not too bad. Would definitely stay here again though, loved the hotel and the room.”
