“Wonderful hotel. Beautiful lobby. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Several museums and tapas restaurants nearby, plus metro is close.”

“Definitely not 5 stars hotel, maximum 3+. The rooms are very small and the staff from the reception not very welcoming. No one is picking the luggage upon arrival and after checking in they asked if they should pick our luggage to the room or we will do it ourselves. The breakfast is also poor with small
variety, but delicious. Gym is small but compare to other hotels there is few machines that saved the situation. Overall the experience was good but as I mentioned before they are far from being a 5 stars hotel, customer service wise as well as amenities wise.”
