“THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGSI was traveling through Europe and so far everything was perfect that in the last few days I went to Madrid and stayed at the Hotel H10 which was where I had the worst experience of my life.My last day, my wife and I woke up with several bites on the body, arm, neck, legs and even on the face.We didn't understand why until when I went to check our bed it was full of bedbugs.We went to the front desk to explain the situation and they said it was mosquitoes.As far as I know mosquitoes can't get inside my clothes and even bite all parts of my body.We even saw the bedbugs on the bed.We went back to Florida and sent an email with the photos and they paid little attention to us.I think this is a lack of respect for customers and that's why I decided to expose myself here about this case.I'm not one to give bad reviews but it's been awful going through this situation.”

“Clean, modern hotel. Small-ish rooms but larger than average bathrooms. The room didn’t have a kettle but they brought one up promptly when asked. Breakfast is varied and of good quality.”
