“This is a four stars hotel, seriously??? Lots of basic things are not in the room by default, no tissue, no kettle, no tea, no cup… They provide two bottle of shampoos in the bathroom but without a body soap And The staff said that I could use the shampoo on both body and hair 😂😂😂 They even don’t want to admit it’s a mistake. Bad experience”
