Muy bien situado respecto al aeropuerto y parking bastante pequeño para nuestro coche. El hotel está limpio pero es un poco viejo, de sobreuso, y no sirven comidas, solo desayunos

Me ha sorprendido para mal, al contrario que todos los hoteles que he visitado de esta cadena, las camas con almohadas muy finitas y al pedir en recepción te hacen bajar a por ellas, pedí zapatillas desechables porque las había olvidado y dicen que no tienen.....pocas toallas...en fin. No recomiendo

Buen hotel para todo. El buffet desayuno bastante completo. Y respetan que no vayas con el bozal en recepción. Entienden que es absurdo el cuento de perrito sanche

Decepcionado. Un poco cascado para ser un nivel de NH. Muy molesto con recepción, porque avisamos a las 22 que mi hijo iba a salir de noche un poco mas con unos amigos. Nosotros volvimos a las 12:30 y entramos sin decirnos nada. Vuelve mi hijo una hora más tarde y por no llevar el DNI se quedó en la calle hasta las cinco de la mañana que lo volvió a intentar y esta vez comprobaron los datos de registro. Tenía la tarjeta de la habitación, tenían en recepción sus datos del DNI , nos podían avisar,... Pero dejan a un cliente menor de edad, fuera solo en invierno, por no llevar el DNI, sin pedirle nada más para intentar identificarle. Cosa que en cualquier caso, si era norma interna, nos debían haber dicho cuando les pedimos una llave extra explicando que iba a salir. Le llega a pasar algo, ni que fuera un resfriado a mi hijo por eso, y se hubieran acordado. He viajado por más de 30 países, llegando a la hora que cuadraba de noche, y jamás me ha pasado nada ni similar. Una total irresponsabilidad de lo que causan al cliente con una norma interna , que sea correcta o no, está muy mal aplicada e informada. Han pasado 24h. Desde que me queje, y dijeron que lo iban a investigar y no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni disculpa.Ah y por cierto la WIFi supuestamente gratis es más mala que cuando íbamos con router hace 30 años, la máxima velocidad que me ha dado es 2-3mb y muchas veces ni cargar la página del test. Ni para cargar la página de Google. Para eso no la pongan y digan que solo hay la premium de pago, porque si da 7ms de respuesta y una velocidad tan mala es que la tienen muy capada adrede. El aire acondicionado que supuestamente había no funciona, solo calefacción, Por la noche has de usarlo ya que es invierno y por la mañana a la que pega el sol se vuelve un horno la habitación y has de abrir de par en par. Suerte que es invierno, porque en verano si sigue así será horrible. La presión de agua para ser planta 1 ya es mala, no quiero saber en las superiores. El monomando está cascadisimo, o te quemas o te congelas....lo dejo. No volver y ya está

Hotel tres estrellas, algo anticuado para ser un NH… sobre todo el baño del hotel estaba antiguo y con la manguera de la ducha con pérdidas de agua. La cama de 2,10 metros bastante cómoda. Dejo vistas desde la habitación.

Really clean, really profession stuff speaking English. The only disadvantage is a location. The journey from the city is 30-40 min.

Siempre me alojo en este hotel y el personal es de lo más agradable. La predisposición al cliente es total. Guillermo, el chico del restaurante hace una labor impecable.

Muy buen hotel, voy siempre que me envían a cursos a Madrid y no he tenido nunca ningún problema, el chico de recepción lleva mucho tiempo y es un crack y los desayunos deliciosos y hay de todo, las habitaciones están muy bien, van renovando un poco la habitación. Muy recomendable

Hicimos una reserva con Booking para una habitación y se canceló un día antes por problemas de salud, hoy lunes 27 de diciembre de 2021 nos debitan igualmente de nuestra cuenta el dinero y nos dicen que ellos no son responsables, que es culpa de Booking que no hizo la cancelación, me parece una falta de seriedad y responsabilidad, cuando claramente el banco nos indica que fue el hotel NH Villa Coslada quién debitó el dinero.. Tengan cuidado con sus reservas porque después no quieren responder. Para ser una cadena supuestamente de lujo y seria son unos irresponsables y aprovechados.

Air conditioning does not work, no restaurant to dine, limited offer on room service, very uncomfortable chairs on the conference room, very noisy street. People at the hotel are nice, however the infrastructure is at the level of a youth hostal. Won’t come back.

Rooms very basic and old . Cleaning should be improved.Brakefast nice and fresh .

I‘m a loyal NH Hotel Guest, but this Hotel is the worst NH Hotel I have been to, walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor rooms I couldn‘t sleep because the guy in the room close to me is snoring constantly. Windows thin aswell the street can be loud. The Breakfast kind of a okay but the service works alone at the breakfast and this was way to much work for 1 Person. Had to sit at an dirty Table, forgot the fresh omelets. Also the cleaning is very bad, the bath tubes corners are full with mildew, had some hairs in my bed. Around the Hotel are several Bars and Restaurants they are affordable and good.At least the worst Experience in an NH Hotel for me I ever had, it’s not a bad Hotel but compared to the NH Standard it’s a bad one.

The hotel rooms are large rooms, nevertheless bit dated, but the breakfast is good.

Hotel is in desperate need of an update.Front desk staff were helpful and nice, thus the reason for 2 stars instead of 1.Hotel room was dated and dirty.Bathroom and shower were dirty, blankets on bed were stained, furniture in room was stained and worn. The 19" flat screen TV was inoperable.No food on the premises. Fortunately, there were numerous restaurants in the area.

Ideal location for work in Coslada. Not a fancy hotel but does everything well. Comfy beds. Reasonable rooms. Good breakfast. No restaurant for dinner but surrounded by other restaurants

WiFi is slow but reliable, if you want faster internet you'll have to pay 9,90€ per day and you can only use it on 1 device... They should be ashamed of it...
