The Fliana is a 4-star superior hotel in a sunny and quiet location on a south-facing slope in Ischgl and offers free WiFi. The ski run leads directly to the hotel and two cable car stations are located right outside.The spa area at Hotel Fliana features an indoor pool a sauna a solarium a blossom bath and several relaxation areas as well as spa treatments. Special diet menus are available as well.The centre of Ischgl can be reached from Hotel Fliana in a 3-minute walk through a tunnel. The owner offers guided mountain and ski tours and in summer mountain bike tours.The Silvretta All Inclusive Card will be included in all rates during summer season. It offers free use of cable cars in the region of the buses from Landeck to Bielerhöhe and free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and to the lake in the Paznaun Valley.

We were disappointed with the food at Fliana Hotel. They shout about how good it is but really it's quite ordinary. None of the dishes were properly seasoned. Several times the same red sauce was used which had absolutely no flavour.
Queues formed at breakfast for the solitary pan/chef to cook eggs. The same problem occurred with elements of evening meals served at the buffet.
We've stayed at other 4* hotels in Ischgl and the food was much better. Some offer an aprés-ski snack/soup/cake. Fliana doesn't.
We had to queue for quite some time to check-in and check-out despite staff working within sight in the back office. If you want to leave your bags they're unattended in an unlocked, unmonitored playroom easily accessible from outside the hotel.
The in-house IT was flaky with several guests complaining of lack of wi-fi bandwidth and online menus being weeks out of date.
Don't lose your keycard ! It's emblazoned with the hotel name and gives immediate external access to your ski locker (with room number prominently displayed), room and room safe.
If you're not fully able-bodied you should note there's no step-free access to reception or the dining rooms. The lift stops a few steps up.
On the plus side the hotel is kept very clean. The rooftop whirlpool is fun and drinks are served directly to the poolside. There's a view of the valley and opposite slope. Children and dogs are welcomed. The indoor pool and spa facilities are excellent. Staff are efficient but not always very friendly.

Amazing hotel, well deserving of 5 stars. From the beautiful location, first class facilities including full spa facilities and outdoor hot tub looking over the slopes (including over the nightly ski show!), super friendly and knowledgeable staff, magneficent food and spacious & cozy rooms. Couldn't recommend anymore strongly, do yourself a favour and stay there!

Great hotel, next to Gondola. The food was delicious and our room had a great view of the slopes. Would highly recommend. No negatives. We travelled Monday to Monday which made hire of skis etc...
